It is important to purchase a gemstone in a price range that you are comfortable with. We have made an effort to offer a variety of gemstones and jewelry for every budget. When you find a gemstone that you like, you can order directly through the website or give us a call at (530) 478-7553. We will be happy to answer any questions you have and talk about options for setting the stone.
Once you have chosen a gemstone, we can custom set your stone for you. You can choose to have your stone set as a ring, pendant, armband or as part of a navratna. You can view our photo gallery of custom jewelry for ideas, and contact us at (530) 478-7553 to place your order or discuss any questions you may have.
Your purchase will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We don't make money off of shipping charges– we will only charge you what it costs us to ship your purchase to you. Priority shipping is available upon request.
You can choose to insure your order at checkout on orders between $200-500. We will automatically insure any order over $500 through USPS. Higher value gemstones and jewelry will be shipped registered (which means that you will need to sign for the package) and insured.
You may return any unset gemstone or ready made jewelry for a refund or exchange minus shipping costs. To make a return, you contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Please ship your return with the same shipping method that was used to send the item to you. Returns will only be accepted if the item is undamaged and in good condition.
Because custom made jewelry is made according to your specifications, we do not accept returns. However, we will be happy to resize your custom made jewelry free of charge.
Ready made jewelry and unset gemstones ship within 3 business days. The length of time it takes to make custom jewelry varies, but your order will usually ship within 2 weeks.
Once your purchase has been shipped, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number.
