The jade pear cut cabochon in this ring is 12 carat. It is bezel set in sterling silver with a fancy design shank.
Jade is a substitute stone of the planet Mercury, Buddhi, and strengthens the qualities which Mercury represents of the intellect, commerce and communication. The bottom of the ring is open and while the stone doesn't protrude it does touch the skin when worn.
