This June, Saturn goes retrograde for four and a half months. Saturn reminds us that we need to go back and review any recent changes that have occurred in our lives.
Rahu and Ketu have recently changed signs. Rahu now transits Aries, and Ketu is transiting the sign of Libra. Both the lunar nodes will remain in their new signs until late 2023.
Jupiter moves into Pisces on April 13th, 2022 and will stay in this sign for a year until April 21st, 2023. Jupiter’s transit in Pisces will emphasize compassion and humanitarian welfare.
With the arrival of March, all the planets are in Capricorn or Aquarius, both signs ruled by Saturn. The planets are also in Kala Sarpa Yoga, which means that they all are on one side of the lunar node axis, further emphasizing opposition, conflict and imbalance.
Expect to see change and transformation this year as major planets will move into new signs. We will also have important planetary conjunctions, and experience two solar and two lunar eclipses.
October is a complex month astrologically, with several major shifts. Mars is in close combustion with the Sun the entire month, and there is a deep sense of change as Saturn and Jupiter both shift from retrograde to direct.
In the beginning of July, a strong Saturn in Capricorn aspects a debilitated Mars in Cancer to the exact degree. On July 6th Mercury goes into his own sign, Gemini, which makes Mercury powerful.
